Is HairMaxx available on the App Store?
We’re preparing HairMaxx for release. This site is the official place for product information, privacy and support. We’ll add the download link when the app is available.
Is HairMaxx free?
HairMaxx uses a subscription for app access. The planned options are annual and weekly; an eligible annual subscription can include a three-day trial. The app’s purchase screen and Apple confirmation show your exact localized price, eligibility and renewal terms.
What do the hair scores mean?
They estimate visible cosmetic styling from your photos. Lighting, angle and styling can change the result. They are not medical measurements, a hair-loss diagnosis or a porosity test.
Where do my scan photos go?
With your permission, selected scan photos pass through Supabase to OpenAI for analysis. The app explains this before your first analysis. Read the full privacy policy for processing, retention and deletion details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open Account in HairMaxx, choose Delete account and confirm. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately. See deletion help.
Are product ratings a safety guarantee?
No. They are editorial ingredient guidance. Formulas and individual sensitivities vary; check the package and speak to a qualified professional about allergies or medical concerns.
