Using HairMaxx.

These terms explain the HairMaxx service. For the iPhone app’s software license, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies.

Your account and content

Use an account you are authorized to access and keep it secure. Only upload photos and other content you have permission to use. You retain rights to your own content and permit its processing to provide the features you request, as explained in the privacy policy. Do not submit someone else’s photos without permission or use the app to harass others.

Photos, ratings and recommendations

Hair profiles and scores estimate visible cosmetic presentation from photos and can be inaccurate or vary with lighting, angle and styling. They do not diagnose hair loss, scalp conditions or medical health, measure follicle density or determine porosity. Product ratings summarize editorial ingredient guidance, not laboratory testing, toxicity measurements or guarantees against irritation. Check the current packaging and seek qualified professional advice for medical concerns.

Subscriptions and trials

HairMaxx offers annual and weekly subscription options through Apple. The purchase screen shows the current localized price, billing period and any eligible trial. An eligible annual plan may include a three-day free trial, after which the displayed annual charge applies. The weekly plan does not include that annual trial unless the purchase screen says otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Manage or cancel before the renewal or trial deadline displayed by Apple. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel billing. Restore eligible purchases in Account. Refund requests are handled through Apple.

Availability and usage

Features require compatible hardware and may require an internet connection, permission or active subscription. Scan usage is limited, and shared service capacity or technical failures may affect availability. Do not bypass limits or misuse the service. Contact support if a subscribed feature is persistently unavailable.

Ending use and support

You may stop using HairMaxx, remove your local content and delete your account. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Contact hairmaxxsupport@gmail.com with service or terms questions.
